Objective
"Work as a team to design, build and race a walking automaton. The goal of this project is to create a walking mechanism which integrates with a moving mechanical sculpture that can interact with its environment, tell a story, or inspire wonder."
Goals
1) Create a walking robot driven by linkage mechanisms
2) Integrate an automaton within the walker to entertain and teach children mechanics principles
3) Use design thinking and rapid prototyping to complete final product
